Oh, what a night! - Jersey Boys press night at Liverpool’s Empire Theatre

We had the absolute pleasure of attending the Jersey Boys press night at Liverpool’s Empire Theatre and... ‘Oh, what a night!’. 

This lively, energetic, feel-good musical was not only the perfect remedy to the long-lasting sadness created by the pandemic, but also an amazing pick-me-up to the dreaded January blues. 

Thursday’s press showing was a blast! We wholeheartedly believe that the electric, toe-tapping, hand-clapping atmosphere caused by the Jerseys Boys is exactly what we need at the moment! 

For anyone not familiar with the Jersey Boys, it’s a phenomenal musical biography of 'The Four Seasons' —the rise, the tough times and personal clashes, and the ultimate triumph of a group of friends whose music became symbolic of a generation. 

It is a joyous rollercoaster ride of the band’s biggest songs. Including classic hits such as Sherry, Cry For Me, Walk Like A Man, Big Man In Town and many more!  

The show was a triumph from start to finish and earned a well-deserved standing ovation! This is one musical you definitely do not want to miss!
