Blacks Burgers is proudly operated and run by a father and son duo; Vas & Philip Herodotou, with family & close friends making up the rest of the key team. From our restaurants, to our brand new burger bus, we’ve strived to make a simple brand, based on great, fresh, local produce, homemade cooking, and lots of hard work, passion and love!
