Hi, my name is David Swade and I developed Blue Pepper Catering into a thriving family-run business – instilling it with a deep sense of traditional family values. These values continue in my extended professional family. My chefs and event team are well-trained and highly skilled to cope with the demands of ensuring that each catering event is as successful as the previous. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and understanding the needs of every clients’ event. Having staff with dedicated skills ensures a high quality of service whilst we remain flexible in providing a bespoke service to deliver individual requirement.
