There may be a small additional per-night surcharge for extra guests and our pricing does vary at different times of year so it's important to search your dates and guests on our booking page but once you've done that, the price you see is the final price you will pay.
We currently do not have any properties where pets are permitted.
There is strictly no smoking inside any of our properties, however if the property has a garden or balcony, smoking is allowed in those outdoor areas.
You can cancel your stay for a 100% refund up until 7 days before your arrival. Beyond this, officially your reservation will be non-refundable, however if we are able to fill any of the dates with another reservation, we will provide a refund for any nights that are successfully re-booked.
No. Parties and events are prohibited at our properties.
Yes, all of our properties have at least one travel cot available, plus other baby amenities such as high chairs. Our houses also have stair gates available.
Yes, we offer free allocated parking spaces at our properties. There is also free on-street parking close to many of our locations.
Yes, we supply excellent quality towels and linen for your stay.
We're not a hotel with staff on-site, however we do offer 24/7 support with local staff available when needed. Many questions can be answered by the extensive house manual in our guest app but for those issues that can't be resolved online, we have local staff available to assist quickly.
We do offer early check-in and late check-out and unlike other companies, we do not charge for this. It does depend on availability, so be sure to request this at your earliest opportunity to avoid disappointment.

We use a self check-in system which allows you to check in whenever you're ready! Simply follow the instructions in the check-in guide in our guest app.
