Makeup artists have the experience, knowledge and education to create your perfect wedding look as well as ensuring you have a stress free and relaxing environment on your wedding day. Think of your makeup artist as your personal assistant on your special day. We are there for so much more than just your face. We are with you for the whole morning so we end up helping getting everyone in dresses, handing out bouquets, fastenings shoes, taking pictures of you and your party and generally getting stuck in to make sure you aren’t lifting a finger!

Victoria is mobile for all weddings and groups for 4 or more people. In all other cases, makeup will be applied at the salon in Bury St Edmunds. Please note that if your venue or house is 10 miles or more outside of Bury St Edmunds there will be a an extra travel charge.

False lashes are included in the price. Victoria has a selection of lashes that you can choose from. If there is a certain lash style that you prefer then you are welcome to bring them to your appointment and Victoria will apply them for you.

The makeup will last all day from morning through to night (lips will need touching up during the day due to eating and drinking). Victoria will advise you on a lipstick at your trial for you to go and purchase for your touch ups. If you are of an oily skin type you may need to blot your face and apply powder during the day. Victoria uses high quality products and perfected techniques to ensure makeup lasts all day.

Booking Fees are refundable ONLY up to 7 days AFTER your trial if you decide to not go ahead. This is the only time a booking fee would be refundable.

Yes of course, if you are unsure, you are welcome to schedule an appointment to speak to us face to face first. Even if you have booked in for a treatment and we decide on the day that you need something different we can always change it on the day of your appointment for you.

At your appointment you will be given full aftercare information and at this point you will also be given your practitioners contact details and will be urged to contact your practitioner at ANY time with any concerns you have. After care and continued support for our clients is very important to us.

Under NO circumstances will we treat clients under the age of 18, even with parents consent. It is illegal to administer injectables to anyone under age.

Lip filler can be slightly painful. It feels like a pinch and will most probably make your eyes water. It isn’t enjoyable but is most definitely not unbearable. We do have numbing cream in clinic and it is your choice whether you would like to use it. We only use filler that has numbing agents inside as well to ensure comfort.

It’s extremely normal to be nervous, most people are at their first appointment. We completely understand and empathize with this so we take extra care to make sure you are comfortable and talk you through everything we are doing.

Even if you are on the chair about to receive your treatment you are still not under any obligation to continue if you have changed your mind. We only would feel comfortable treating clients that 100% want their treatment. Unless product has been used, you will not be charged for your appointment if you change your mind. Booking fees however remain non refundable.
