I came to the spa and was greeted by phoebe and Lucy who had very comforting smiles. I had a lovely facial by Leanne, you can tell she is extremely experienced and gentle! I would recommend her to everyone! I will definitely be returning with the family!

Just what I needed. Easy checking, plenty of services, 24 HR reception and bar and the room was spacious and clean thanks to Moryna. Will have to bring my family next time I am in Sheffield.

I came to the spa for a facial and had the lovely Chloe. The most relaxing experience and probably be the best facial I've ever had. What a Lovely polite and funny lady and she made me feel very relaxed. Also gorgeous facilities too and so clean !!! Thanks so much again Chloe and I'll definitely be back :)

Your staff were excellent, friendly professional and helpful. however what did let you down was the bathroom there were tiles missing by the sink and soaking in the bath my eyes were drawn to the flaking paintwork on the ceiling. the hotel itself is a lovely warm building in a delightful setting but these little things made it seem a bit tired

The booking process was very unsatisfactory. A red flag should have been when my son paid extra to have the gift voucher sent by 9am on Christmas Day. By 10am no voucher. He eventually got hold of the hotel , no one could assist him so would phone him back . No phone call . Eventually got the voucher two days later. Terrible customer service! I attempted to phone the hotel to book a room on more than eight occasions with no reply. Eventually, I was able to contact a central number who informed me that they could not assist me. As a last resort I had to go to the hotel in person to book a room. We stayed one night as an all inclusive gift. The room was very nice with plenty of space. The setting of the hotel is very nice with the possibility of a pleasant walk around the grounds in the evening.
