Hotel good location. Reception staff good . Bar staff very poor and rude to customers and couldn’t get me a receipt for drinks ordered and lied 🤥 about giving me a receipt in morning on leaving the hotel. Made a complaint about room smelling of urine room 321 , just didn’t care attitude. Room was good ( apart from urine smell.

Enjoyable staff as I am a regular visitor at the ibis I have never had any big problems. Very patient friendly reception and housekeeping staff I enjoyed speaking with Amit at reception he is a new staff member. Very polite and professional always welcomes with a smile :)

Decent Night Stay in Leicester

The hotel was an interesting one, in that the entrance on the ground floor has a table football area, but is dimly lit. Second, when I arrived to check in, the lift required a card key to scan, so I couldn't use it to access the first floor for reception. Third, there was no clear area on Level 1 to check in. I could see the area to register your car, but checking in was done at the bar, which is a new thing. Fortunately, my room request was taken into consideration, and I was assigned a room right by the lift. The volume of shower gel and shampoo in the room was low, and the light fixtures had cables that were not tucked away, so it looked messy overall. The bed was comfortable, and the use of a Rubik's cube-style extension cord was clever. The wardrobe was tiny, despite the room having a lot of space.
