I stayed at Ibis Leicester for a month, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They never made me feel like just a guest — it truly felt like home. The warmth and kindness from everyone made my extended stay a wonderful experience. The staff always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, making me feel valued and cared for every day. If you're looking for a place with amazing customer service, this is it! Were staff welcoming/ helpful? Yes!/Yes! Did I feel safe? Yes! Did I sleep well? Yes! Location from station? Good! Easy to find? Absolutely! Did I have a good shower? Yes! Tasty food? Yes! Minor "issues" like a small stain on my towel, shower a little stained and the same for the sink were irrelevant to me. It's not a 5 star hotel, and realistically, whose house is stain free?.. Mine isn't! Would I stay here again? Absolutely!
