“We are from Bromsgrove in the midlands where you can find some of the best curry houses in the country and we do frequent them on a regular basis. It is very rare that we come across a curry house of good quality when on holiday but a I can honestly say the Bombay Express is one of the finest curry houses I have ever eaten in.”

Main meals were lamb Malay and chicken Dansak (spiced up) OMG it was heaven...the lamb was way beyond amazing. There aren't the superlatives to reflect how good this meal was. Thank you guys especially Seb who served us and talked us through the menu with total expertise. We will be back.”
“We chose this restaurant as loved the different menu it offered. We were greeted by Sep, a very polite and well spoken young gentlemen who looked after us very well. We had 3 plates from the street food menu, Thai chicken, dumplings and whitebait, all were very tasty. Our mains we had the bhuna and Malay curry dishes, both were really well flavoured and very moorish but the star was the Punjabi pancake, we had the pulled beef one, it was gorgeous.”
“Honestly one of the best curries I’ve ever had! Sooooo tasty. We had poppadoms to start, then I had the a north Indian fry bhuna with lamb. My partner had a chicken Malay yang curry. We had pilau rice, mushroom bhaji and sweet naan. Including drinks and service charge our bill was £66. Fantastic value, and the waiting staff were all really friendly and attentive. This is the first time we’ve visited Torquay and so pleased we decided to try this restaurant, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.”
“Second time we have been to Indi-yang and it was equally as good. Very generous portions and the mix of the two cuisines really blended well. The two young men working front of house were very attentive and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back and will recommend this local restaurant to our guests.”
