With long queues, and disappointed customers, we realised as gorgeous as our little spot on Cockburn Street was, nested in the heart of Edinburgh’s historical old town, we needed to expand and have some room for some extra plates. So, whilst we aren’t out with the old, we are welcoming in the new, introducing our second Laila - perfectly located in our favourite New Town neighbourhood, a mere 5 minute walk away from Waverley Train Station and St James Shopping Centre.
