2 mins off the M5 Motorway. Easy to find. Lots of parking. Food is really good, large portions, excellent value for money. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Room was clean and well equipped. Bed was extremely comfortable. All Staff were extremely helpful.

This hotel has Everything you need, friendly staff , Marita on reception in particular! Breakfast, dinner was great. Training rooms have what you need. Use of pool spa etc was really good, clean facilities and friendly gym staff downstairs.

Amazing customer service. From the moment I walked in (quite late) the lady behind reception, Yvonne knew my name and couldn’t have been any more accommodating. Laura at the restaurant was fabulous too! She even managed to get the Lafy Chef (sorry I didn’t catch her name😅) to make me a last minute something to eat so I wouldn’t starve. Massive thank you 🤩

I have just booked with this hotel. I haven’t even had my stay yet and I am overwhelmed by the lovely staff I have spoken to at the hotel at the time of my booking. Mandy at the leisure facilities department was full of advice and so helpful to me. She really made me feel I could speak to her without hesitation. Yvonne at the bookings reception went out of her way to help me with ideas during our stay for my husbands 40th birthday. She was very friendly and lovely. They have both made me feel excited about our stay. Thank you so very much ladies.
