About Olderfleet B and B

Olderfleet is a very private b&b situated in the traditional seaside resort of Clacton-on-Sea, Essex. We are very much a ‘home from home’ b&b and uphold the values of comfort, accessibility and privacy.

We are centrally located with access to the train station, town centre and beaches only minutes away, but despite our central location our spacious Victorian house is quiet and comfortable.  During the warmer spring/summer/autumn months, guests are invited to enjoy the use of our gardens, both back and front.

Free WiFi is available in all rooms, and all rooms have flat-screen TV’s, wine chillers and portable fans.

Parking on our drive is presently restricted so must be booked in advance but this is normally not a problem as there is a huge car opposite which is free from 6pm to 8am.  There is also unestricted parking in adjacent streets, only minutes away from us. We can also offer secure parking on-site for bikes and motor bikes behind a padlocked gate.

Although the bathroom is shared, we ar very small and this has never been a problem with guests; indeed all shared facilities are cleaned on a daily basis.

The price is per person per room and includes breakfast with the option of sandwiches for your journey if you have to leave very early – we do not like our guests to leave hungry!
