One Plus is a licenced restaurant located in the heart of Manchester and is not your typical Chinese Restaurant. It's not fine dining but at the same time, it's not street food. It is fun and definitely an experience! One+ is a Chinese Hotpot restaurant which entails you to cook your own food in your own individual hot pot broth which will be cooking away in front of you. We offer 4 different broths for you to cook your food in: Hot & Spicy, Chicken, Tom Yum and Vegetables. You then pick the food you want to cook off a sushi style conveyor belt, cook it and eat it. For the vegans and vegetarians out there, we offer a vegetarian broth and have just as many vegetarian dishes as we do meat dishes so you most definitely will not be missing out!
