Located within the historic resort town of Rhyl, Rossini’s restaurant is a long serving, local culinary entity that offers traditional, authentic Italian dishes prepared with fresh ingredients to the highest standards. Our opening hours are 5pm to 10pm Monday to Saturday (Except for Christmas Day, on which we open early for the festive lunch menu, but remain serving into the evening). With an extensive menu that allows us to cater for all of our customers’ Italian gastronomic needs & an efficient/friendly staff, Rossini’s has gained a reputation in the local area as a top eatery with a loyal customer base. Rossini’s owner established the restaurant in 2007, but prior to this; he operated as a high class chef who worked at many 5* global Hotels and restaurants, he is very well respected within the catering industry.
