This three Michelin Starred luxurious Sushi restaurant is truly one-of-a-kind.
The Araki aims to provide the most intimate and luxurious dining experience. In order to do that, The Araki is limited to only ten seats per seating at the chef’s counter.
Running such a small kitchen means you'll be served food that's entirely made by head chef, Mitsuhiro Araki, himself. Patrons are served a set menu of Edomae Sushi, originating from Edo period, with a strong focus on fresh fish sourced from Europe. Rice is sourced from Japan.
The interior is also inspired by Edo styles with a Cyprus wood countertop where guests eat and a green curtain separating the kitchen.
