About The Chilterns Fox Restaurant

The main bar is stocked with hand-pulled real ales from acclaimed local brewery Rebellion and enjoys a roaring log fire. It opens onto a stunning south-facing terrace where you can while the afternoon away looking across at the famous Wormsley estate. Join us for a morning coffee or an afternoon tea and let our staff look after you whilst you relax with a newspaper or chat with friends. The adjoining snug bar, replete with Chesterfield sofas, houses an extensive collection of whiskys, brandys, rums and gins. Whether enjoying a pre-dinner cocktail or settling in for a late evening night-cap, our snug helps our guests feel thoroughly at home. The restaurant is housed in the Fox’s old coach house. This is an area famed for shooting, stalking and fishing style and our restaurant is redolent of a Scottish hunting lodge, with magnificent stag’s heads mounted on its walls. Contrastingly, a modern ‘open pass’ offers a window into the bustle of the kitchen beyond.
