RUSTIC FLAVOURS OF THE INDIAN HIGHWAY

The new restaurant was inspired by the roadside dhabas of India which sell wholesome fresh food often farmed on the fields behind the eatery.It was the vision of seasoned entrepreneur Manish Verma, a successful businessman and Parish Councillor, along with Raghav Pyaraka, a leader who believes in leading from the front, values his team very highly and ensures their welfare comes first above all things and Srikiran Valluripalli, a passionate food-lover.The team say they wanted to bring something new to MK: “We’ll be showcasing genuine dishes from across India which many of our customers will have never tasted before.  There will be something new to discover on every visit as the menu is updated regularly with seasonal Chef’s Special dishes, some featuring less common meats such as venison and rabbit alongside more familiar chicken, lamb, fish and king prawn curries.”
