Such an amazing hotel, that has wonderful and helpful staff, everyone is smiling all the time and it makes me feel very welcomed. Has good variety of breakfast spacious rooms and free car park. It has lakeside shopping center around with lots of restaurants. I am impressed by the staff, as I came down for a few things, and I got it straight away, amazing maintenance person helped me to sort out my room light within minutes. Definitely will come back again.

Arrived with no reservation. Staff were excellent and introduced me to Accor live limitless. We had stayed in Europe at Ibis yet noone mentioned this, the discounted rates or benefits. Poor service Europe.
