Born and raised in East Yorkshire. Since that first food tech lesson in college, I’ve had a burning passion for all things edible.
The last 25 years as a qualified chef has been a privilege for me, working in established premises up and down the country, most notably the Ivy, one of London’s most esteemed restaurants. Whilst there, I was crafting culinary treats for a who’s who of respected actors, filmmakers, musicians, politicians, socialites and TV personalities.
