Our food style is best described as ‘Modern British’ – although with our French Head Chef in charge (Amaury de Oliveira) there is a decidedly French twist! Choice, value and quality are paramount.
We work wherever possible with local ingredients and it is vital that our menus are in tune with the seasons. There are quite a few committed vegetable growers in the team so they do know what’s what! The menus at Gilbey’s Eton reveal all.
We also keep in touch with the northern hemisphere grape-growing season too, as we specialise (and always have) in importing directly from passionate individual French growers.

The spirit of Moroccan hospitality is our business and our heritage. Mohammed Chab, our uncle and previous director of the famous Hotel Mamounia, founded the first Al Fassia in Marrakech in 1987. Ten years later, our father Mustapha Chab brought his recipes and vision to the UK. We’ve been inviting diners to share in the warmth and soul of our restaurant ever since.
Bill's Windsor Restaurant
Bill’s Windsor restaurant is right next to Windsor & Eton Riverside station and has plenty of seating, both inside and out. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between, this is a pretty restaurant, with plenty of Bill’s sparkle.
