Welcome to the Creative Academy’s Production of “Oz” – a spectacular dance interpretation of the classic story.

We are thrilled to present “Oz,” a captivating journey through the enchanting lands of L. Frank Baum’s timeless world, directed by the visionary Toby Miller. This production brings to life the many stories of Oz, weaving together a rich tapestry of adventure, friendship and courage.

Join Dorothy Gale, affectionately known as Dodo, as she embarks on an epic quest to unite the diverse counties of Oz and combat the evil forces threatening this magical realm. From the lush Munchkin Country to the sparkling kingdom of Glinda, the rugged Winkie Country, and the majestic Emerald City, Dorothy’s journey is one of discovery and heroism.

In this production, Dorothy is joined by her loyal companions Toto and Bellina, as well as a host of beloved characters from her many visits to Oz. Together, they face formidable adversaries, including the sinister Nome King, the wicked Elphaba, and the malevolent Mombi. Along the way, Dorothy reunites with her wonderful friends—Ozma, Glinda, the Tinman, Tik-Tok, the Scarecrow, and Jack Pumpkinhead—each bringing their unique strengths to the fight for Oz’s future.
