Our expertise has been developed through working nationwide for customers including: Allied Irish Bank, PayPal, Equiniti, Maersk, MSC Cruises, Bluewater, the Colleges of Luton, Hayes and Uxbridge,, Calor Gas, DTZ/Cushman & Wakefield, Dollar Finance (The Money Shop), Broadgate Estates, Go Outdoors, Vision Express, Decathlon, Somerset House, Capco – Covent Garden, JD Wetherspoon, St Stephens Shopping Centre, Premier Foods and Addleshaw Goddard.

Rebrand in 2017, Incentive Tec’s maintenance and project engineering experience extends over 30 years, and now has an annual turnover in excess of £28m. The recent acquisition of Western Electrical Services in September 2017 has further enhanced the service offering and UK coverage, increasing our electrical contracting strength and also bringing with it self-delivered, in-house competence in Fire Systems and Access Control.

The combined business operates from four regional offices in Kings Langley, Derby, Weston Super Mare and Basildon with all operational and office-based teams full integrated on one CAFM platform.
