Three friends brought up in rural South India had big dreams. They lived in a beautiful country those of you brought up in the city would dream about. Huge towering palm trees adorned with coconuts, crystal blue and green seas and temples everywhere with beautiful colourful intricate carvings. The food there was second to none, flavours like coconut, spice that tantalized the taste buds with fish fresher than anywhere else in the world.e friends brought up in rural South India had big dreams. They lived in a beautiful country those of you brought up in the city would dream about. Huge towering palm trees adorned with coconuts, crystal blue and green seas and temples everywhere with beautiful colourful intricate carvings. The food there was second to none, flavours like coconut, spice that tantalized the taste buds with fish fresher than anywhere else in the world. These three friends loved their hometown but craved for something else. The intoxication of a world unknown called out to them. “Viva Las Vegas” the posters read; this is where the real life is lived! The bright lights and escapism that was so different to their own. The three of them made this the only dream they had, day and night they did everything they could do live that life. Even if just for one small moment in time, they could feel that they had living the glitzy life and been with people in their dreams. They made it there of course, they worked so hard. But something was missing....

The beautiful food of their hometown....

And so, Biryani Mama was born!
