Our seafood is renowned and in 2018 we were voted the best seafood restaurant by LUX MAGAZINE.
Our chefs use a ´Josper´oven which is the hottest indoor BBQ available. It is fuelled by 100% organic wood - the front door is like a ´safe´ and when closed the temperature reaches 400 degrees. This ensures that all of the natural moisture and flavour is retained and gives our meat and fish a unique smoky flavour.
